This notice explains what Equipment Leadgen does with the details you give us. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website and your job title if you give them, and whatever you write in the message box. If you write to us directly, we receive your message and your address.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean replying to a question or preparing the buyer map you asked for. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until your request is closed. After that we keep them for up to 12 months, so we have a record if you get back in touch, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

We do not sell your details. We do not rent them or trade them. They are seen only by the people who handle your request and by the services we rely on to run this site and receive messages.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track you from page to page or across other sites.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to lucy.edwards@equipmentleadgen.co, or send a note through our contact form. If you reply stop to any message from us, we will not contact you again.
